Not only did Ramos and the crew do an outstanding job on the roof, they installed a new deck with stairs and handrails. After seeing that I asked Ramos if they could remodel a bathroom. Wind storm caused major roof damage. they came out the same day that I called gave me a very competitive estimate and sent an employee out to tarp certain areas . once our insurance adjuster approved the needed roof replacement they immediately scheduled removed 30 squares of shingles and installed a brand new metal roof on our log home since we decided to upgrade to metal. 8 or 9 employees started work at 730 this morning and finished by 4!! remarkable service especially here in East Tennessee. amazing people amazing workmanship great after job clean up.... I highly recommend you can not go wrong using Ramos Rod !
During the rapid melting of snow and ice following the worst snow storm in our area in 30 years this past January, our roof failed. Ramos Rod and Roofing came out and did a temporary repair while we waited for the insurance claim process. Following the claim process, we immediately scheduled a complete roof replacement with Ramos Rod Roofing. The evening before replacement they courteously and responsibly laid protected barriers around shrubs and HVAC systems. The following morning, they arrived on time and promptly began work. The crew worked diligently to completely remove the old roof and underlayments. The new roof was near completion by 4:00 pm and the entire job site and property was cleared and cleaned of all debris by approximately 6:00 pm. From their personal family touch and timely diligent professional work ethic of the crew it was more than a pleasure working with Ramos Rod Roofing. My family and I highly recommend Ramos Rod Roofing for roof repairs or replacement.
They came out and gave me a free estimate and was very knowledgeable and professional. I decided I wanted to have a metal roof instead of shingles. We set a date for them to come out and they came out and had it done in a day and did a awesome job. I highly recommend them!!
